In this guide, you will find instructions about the Google Jamboard service.

Google Workspace for Education is not yet fully implemented in University of Tartu. This means that the services are available only partially and access is restricted. Furthermore, current manuals are continously being updated and subjects to change.

Saving Jamboards

  • If you create a Jamboard in the https://jamboard.google.com/ environment, it will be saved into the My Drive section of the Google Workspace
    • This setting cannot be modified
    • When leaving the University, the data in the My Drive of a person will be deleted
  • In case there is a need to share and/or preserve a Jamboard, it should be saved to a shared drive and the most convenient way to do this is to create it directly in the https://drive.google.com/ environent
    • To do this, right click in an empty area in a shared drive, then select More → Google Jamboard
  • No labels
