When using cloud service, applying two-factor authentication is mandatory: Activating two-factor authentication.

1. On your smart device, open the Apple Mail application.

2. Select Microsoft Exchange.

3. In the Email field, enter your UT username in the format of username@ut.ee and in the Description field, enter the description (for example UT) and press the Next button.

4. In the window that opens, select Sign In.

5. In the window that opens, enter your UT passwordand click the Sign In button.

6. To authorize Apple Mail, click Accept.

7. Select the functions you want to use in the Apple Mail application and press the Save button.

8. Apple Mail is successfully set up!

1. Open Settings.

2. From the menu, select Mail.
   
3. From the menu, select Accounts.
   
4. Click the Add Account button.
