These choices are computer-specific - if one user has made a choice and left it, it will remain the same for the next one, no matter what username he logs into the given computer. A sure option for everyone is Duplicate.
- The Powerpoint Slide Show menu should have the following options:
Monitor: Automatic.
Use Presenter View: activated.

- If the screens are accidentally switched to the Extend view, they can be quickly switched in the Slide Show mode by pressing the Swap Presenter View and Slide Show button. Or even go to the Duplicate Slide Show view, where the same image is displayed on both screens.
