Most of the time, the software that comes with a print server should make the procedure simple for you. Although various server software is employed by different manufacturers, the procedure is frequently the same.

Automatic configuration
Download and execute the automatic configuration package from the following address: http://printserver.ut.ee/drivers/PS.dmgWhile printing, you will be prompted for a username and password. Enter your university's username in the form of domenis\username and the password in the usual manner. Check the box if you wish the computer to remember your password - this way you will not be prompted for your credentials again.Linux

- The solution requires that the operating system is up to date. In case of error messages, check for system updates.
- The computer must be connected to the UT network with a cable, be on the eduroam wifi or use a VPN connection.
