In this guide you will find instructions on how to set up an e-mail signature in Outlook.

in Outlook online

mailbox

Open UT mailbox online and log in to the mailbox with your university username and password (NB! @ut.ee must be added to the end of the username).
Click on the gear-shaped button at the top of the page.
In the menu that opens, click on View all Outlook settings, which you can find at the bottom of the menu.
In the opened window, click on Compose and reply.
Set the signature you like in the Email signature box and click Save.

Open Outlook. In the upper part of the window that opens, click File and then Options.
In the window that opens, click Mail in the left menu, and then click Signatures on the right.
To add a new signature, click the New button and name the signature.
Enter the signature you like and press Save.
