Outlook desktop
- Open Calendars view in Outlook.
- Press Add Calendar and From Address Book. If you want to search only among rooms, select From Room List.
- In the address book, type the name of the desired calendar in the search field and click OK.
- The desired calendar appears in Outlook.
Outlook online
- Log in to the web client at kiri.ut.ee or mail365.ut.ee.
- Select the calendars view.
- Click Add calendar.
- Select Add from directory.
- Enter the desired calendar name in the search window.
