Microsoft Outlook offers a built-in translation feature that allows users to translate emails directly within the application. This feature supports multiple languages ​​and is available in the Outlook web version and desktop application (Windows and macOS).

Outlook online or Outlook (new)

  1. Open the e-mail you want to translate in Outlook → click the More actions button → on the drop-down menu, click Translate.

Outlook desktop (classic)

  1. Open the e-mail you want to translate in Outlook → click the Other actions button → on the drop-down menu, click Translate Message.

If there is no translate button:

  1. Go to File → Options→ Language→ scroll down and make sure that English and Estonian both are present. If one of them is missing, click Add a language.
  2. Restart Outlook and follow the guide at the start of this guide.
