Kõigile üliõpilaskandidaatidele, kelle avaldus tuuakse SAISist olekuga Tuleb õppima ja kellel on juba TÜs olemas üliõpilase või välisüliõpilase õppekoht, saadetakse SAISist ÕISi andmeid üle kandes automaatne teade juba olemasolevalt õppekohalt eksmatrikuleerimise kohta. Kui üliõpilane mingil põhjusel soovib säilitada juba olemasoleva õppekoha, siis peab ta kiiremas korras dekanaadiga ühendust võtma. |
All student candidates whose application is transferred from SAIS as Coming to study and who already have a student’s or international student’s study place at UT will get an automatic notification about deletion from the existing student place when data are transferred from SAIS to SIS. If the student, for some reason, wants to keep the already existing study place, s/he has to contact the dean’s office as soon as possible. |
Olete kinnitanud õppima tuleku Tartu Ülikooli õppekaval Informaatika (129537), samas on Teil kehtiv õppekoht õppekaval Informaatika (2476). Juhime tähelepanu, et Tartu Ülikoolis on õigus olla immatrikuleeritud korraga ühe õppekava alusel ning seetõttu teid eksmatrikuleeritakse õppekohalt õppekaval Informaatika (2476) (vt TÜ ÕKE p 2.1 ja 87.6, www.ut.ee/oke). Eksmatrikuleerimine toimub vahetult enne õppeaasta algust, kui Teid immatrikuleeritakse uuele õppekohale, ja Te ei pea selleks ise midagi tegema. Kui soovite siiski jätkata õpinguid õppekava Informaatika (2476) alusel, siis loobuge uuest õppekohast SAISis. Juhul, kui Te ei saa mingil põhjusel SAISis õppekohast loobuda, võtke kohe ühendust vastuvõtutalitusega (sisseastumine@ut.ee, tel 737 5625). -- You have accepted a student place at the University of Tartu in the curriculum of Computer Science (129537), while you have a valid student place in the curriculum of Computer Science (2476). Please note that students of the University of Tartu can only be matriculated to one curriculum at a time, so you will be exmatriculated from the curriculum of Computer Science (2476) (UT Study Regulations, clauses 2.1 and 87.6, www.ut.ee/studreg). Exmatriculation takes place just before the start of the academic year, upon your matriculation to the new student place, and there is nothing you need to do for that. However, if you wish to continue your studies in the curriculum of Computer Science (2476), you should reject the new student place in DreamApply.
