Under each doctoral student's name, all of their valid plans and reports, which are in the following statuses, are shown to the members of the progress review committee: - draft - a document in the drafting phase that is visible only to the doctoral student
- shared - a document in the drafting phase that has been shared with the supervisor(s) for feedback and is visible to the doctoral student and their supervisor(s)
- waiting acceptance - a completed document that the doctoral student has sent to the supervisor(s) for acceptance. The documents are visible to the doctoral student, supervisor(s), the head of the specialisation within the scope, the progress review administrator within the scope, and the member of the active progress review committee
- acceptance in progress - a completed document awaiting acceptance by the supervisor(s). The documents are visible to the doctoral student, supervisor(s), the head of the specialisation within the scope, the progress review administrator within the scope, and the member of the active progress review committee
- accepted - a completed document accepted by the supervisor(s). The documents are visible to the doctoral student, supervisor(s), the head of the specialisation within the scope, the progress review administrator within the scope, and the member of the active progress review committee
- waiting for confirmation - the doctoral student has made improvements to his/her progress review document in accordance with the improvement proposals attached by the progress review committee and sent it to the head of the specialisation for approval. The documents are visible to the doctoral student, supervisor(s), the head of the specialisation within the scope, the progress review administrator within the scope, and the member of the active progress review committee
- with suggestions for improvement - the decision of the pogress review committee to assess the doctoral student positively on the basis of p. 79.1. of the regulations. The progress review committee proposes to the doctoral student to correct or supplement the progress review document and sets a deadline for completing the task. After making the corrections, the doctoral student sends the document to the head of the specialisation for approval (NB! Currently, the head of the specialisation is not automatically notified about this (will be added later), we ask for the assistance of the progress review administrators in informing the head of the specialisation.). The documents are visible to the doctoral student, supervisor(s), the head of the specialisation within the scope, the progress review administrator within the scope, and the member of the active progress review committee
- not assessed - the decision of the progress review committee to not assess a doctoral student based on section 79.4 of the regulations. The documents are visible to the doctoral student, supervisor(s), the head of the specialisation within the scope, the progress review administrator within the scope, and the member of the active progress review committee
- negative assessment - the decision of the progress review committee to assess the doctoral student negatively on the basis of section 79.3 of the regulations. The documents are visible to the doctoral student, supervisor(s), the head of the specialisation within the scope, the progress review administrator within the scope, and the member of the active progress review committee
- confirmed - 1) the doctoral student has been positively assessed based on section 79.1 of the regulations. 2) the head of the specialisation has confirmed the changes made by the doctoral student in accordance with the proposals attached by the progress review committee (the doctoral student has been positively assessed). 3) the head of the specialisation has confirmed the doctoral student's period plan for the 1st semester of the 1st year. The documents are visible to the doctoral student, supervisor(s), the head of the specialisation within the scope, the progress review administrator within the scope, and the member of the active progress review committee
