Kõikidel alates 2022/2023. õppeaastast immatrikuleeritud doktorantidel on kohustus koostada ja esitada atesteerimisdokumente edaspidi TEEK-is. 

  • 2024/2025. õppeaastast immatrikuleeritud doktorandid said TEEKi õpingute algusest kasutusele võtta. Nad koostavad TEEKis individuaaplaani, kõik perioodiplaanid ja atesteerimisaruanded. 
  • Enne 2024/2025. õppeaastat immatrikuleeritud doktorantidele, keda 2025. aasta talvel atesteeritakse, on TEEKi loodud atesteeritava perioodi kinnitatud (tühi) perioodiplaan, et neil oleks võimalik rakenduses oma atesteerimisaruannet täitma hakata. Atesteerimiskomisjoni poolt kinnitatud perioodiplaani palume doktorandil lisada manusena atesteerimisaruandele.

Samuti soovitame doktorantidel sisestada oma individuaalplaan TEEKi vormi. Sellega algatab doktorant ametlikult individuaalplaani muutmise ning see tuleb TEEKis saata juhendaja(te)le kooskõlastamiseks ning seejärel atesteerimiskomisjonile kinnitamiseks. 

  • Enne 2024/2025. õppeaastat immatrikuleeritud doktorantidele, keda atesteeritakse 2025. a. kevadel või suvel, luuakse 2025. a. esimeses pooles TEEKi atesteeritava perioodi kinnitatud (tühi) perioodiplaan, et nad saaksid rakenduses oma atesteerimisaruannet täitma hakata. (Anname perioodiplaani loomisest doktorantide listi kaudu teada.)

Samuti soovitame doktorantidel sisestada oma individuaalplaan TEEKi vormi (selle tegevusega saab juba täna alustada). Sellega algatab doktorant ametlikult individuaalplaani muutmise ning see tuleb TEEKis saata juhendaja(te)le kooskõlastamiseks ning seejärel atesteerimiskomisjonile kinnitamiseks. 

Enne 2022/2023. õppeaastat immatrikuleeritud doktorandid õppekava erisuste tõttu TEEK-i kasutada ei saa ja neil tuleb ka edaspidi kasutada Wordi-faile ning oma plaanid ja aruanded ÕIS-i üles laadida.


All doctoral students matriculated from the academic year 2024/2025 are obliged to prepare and submit their progress review documents in TEEK.

  • Doctoral students matriculated in the 2024/2025 academic year were able to use TEEK from the beginning of their studies. They will prepare an individual plan, all period plans, and progress review reports in TEEK.
  • For doctoral students matriculated before the 2024/2025 academic year who will be assessed in the winter of 2025, TEEK has created an accepted (empty) period plan for the assessed period so that they can start filling out their progress review report in the application. The doctoral student is kindly requested to attach the period plan accepted by the progress review committee as a file to the progress review report.

We also recommend that doctoral students enter their individual plan into the TEEK form. This officially initiates the change of the individual plan, which must be sent to the supervisor(s) in TEEK and then to the progress review committee for acceptance.

  • For doctoral students matriculated before the 2024/2025 academic year who will be assessed in the spring or summer of 2025, an accepted (empty) period plan for the TEEK assessment period will be created in the first half of 2025 so that they can start filling out their progress review report in the application. (We will notify the doctoral students about the creation of the period plan via the doctoral student list.)

We also recommend that doctoral students enter their individual plan into the TEEK form (they can start this activity today). This officially initiates the change of the individual plan and it must be sent to the supervisor(s) in TEEK and then to the progress review committee for acceptance.

Doctoral students matriculated before the 2022/2023 academic year cannot use TEEK due to the specifics of the curriculum and will continue to have to use Word files and upload their plans and reports to SIS.
