Instatus is a status page platform that informs subscribers about maintenance work and incidents of IT services in use at UT.

Key features:

  • the status page and e-mail notifications are available in English and Estonian
  • the user can subscribe to notifications based on components to an email address

Components for which notifications can be subscribed to:

  • Moodle
  • SIS1
  • SIS2
  • Panopto
  • BigBlueButton
  • Intranet
  • External web (ut.ee)

Guides

  1. On the top-right of the page, click the Get updates button → select Email from the drop-down menu.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and select:
    1. Get all status updates: receive notifications about all components
    2. Only specific components: select the components you want to get notifications about
    3. To confirm, click the Subscribe button.
  3. Check your email to confirm your order.
  4. In your inbox, open the email from Instatus and click the Confirm your subscription button.
  1. To unsubscribe from notifications, click on the Unsubscribe button at the bottom left of the received notification.

Lisaküsimuste korral võta ühendust arvutiabiga.

  1. Teamsis: loo või vali sobiv kanal, kuhu soovid teavitusi saada ja seadista see järgnevalt:
    1. Vajuta kanali nime kõrval olevale Rohkem suvandeid nupule, vali Kanali haldus ja vajuta sakis Konnektorid olevale nupule Muuda.
    2. Avanevas aknas vajuta Incoming Webhook kõrvale olevale nupule Configure.
  2. Staatuslehel: vajuta ekraani paremal üleval asuvale nupule Telli teavitused → vali rippmenüüst Microsoft Teams.
  3. Sisesta loodud Webhook URL ja vali:
    1. Telli kõik teavitused: saad teavitusi kõikide komponentide kohta
    2. Telli teavitused komponendi kaupa: vali enda soovi järgi komponendid mille kohta soovid teavitusi saada
    3. Valiku kinnitamiseks vajuta nupule Telli teavitused.
