B supergiants show an irregular photometric and spectroscopic variability. Detecting and studying their pulsations is important for understanding the internal structure of those stars. In this work I investigate variability of one B supergiant star - ρ Leonis based on long-term spectroscopy (Tõravere observatory) and photometry (K2 and TESS). Showed frequency analysis by using such methods as WWZ, Lomb-Scargle, PDM.
