OpenVPN kliendi seadistamine
- Paigaldage oma arvutisse openvpn pakihalduri kaudu või lähtekoodist, mille saate http://openvpn.net lehelt.
- Salvestage oma arvuti /etc/openvpn/ kausta OpenVPN kliendikonfiguratsioon ut.conf
OpenVPN kliendi kasutamine
Tunneli käivitamiseks andke käsk
sudo /etc/init.d/openvpn start
- Starting openvpn: Enter Auth Username: kasutajatunnus
- Enter Auth Password: parool
VPN ühenduse seiskamiseks andke käsk
sudo /etc/init.d/openvpn stop
Kogu liikluse suunamine läbi ülikooli arvutivõrgu
Vaikimisi suunatakse tunnelisse ainult ülikooli arvutivõrguga suhtlus. Kui teil on vaja kogu liiklus suunata läbi ülikooli arvutivõrgu siis lisage oma kliendikonfiguratsioonifaili /etc/openvpn/ut.conf rida
redirect-gateway |
ja tehke tunnelile restart:
sudo /etc/init.d/openvpn restart |
Märkus Asus EEE PC kohta
Asus EEE PC Xandros Linuxis on vaja enne OpenVPNi kasutama hakkamist anda käsurea (ctrl+Alt+T) pealt sellised käsud:
sudo mkdir /dev/net sudo mknod /dev/net/tun c 10 200 |
Configuring the OpenVPN client
- Install OpenVPN using the package managament or the srouce code, which can be found here http://openvpn.net
- Save the configuration file ut.conf to the etc/openvpn/ folder
Using the OpenVPN client
To initiate the tunnel enter the command
sudo /etc/init.d/openvpn start
- Starting openvpn: Enter Auth Username: your_username
- Enter Auth Password: your password
To stop the VPN tunnel, enter the command
sudo /etc/init.d/openvpn stop
Forwarding all traffic through the university's network
By default, the only part of the traffic is routed through the tunnel. If you need to route all the traffic through the VPN tunnel, add the following line to the etc/openvpn/ut.conf configuration file.
redirect-gateway |
and restart the tunnel:
sudo /etc/init.d/openvpn restart |
When using an Asus EEE PC
Xandros Linux on the EEE PC macinhes requires entering the following commadns, before you can use the VPN:
sudo mkdir /dev/net sudo mknod /dev/net/tun c 10 200 |
