Kui teie õppekoht ei vasta tulemusstipendiumi või erialastipendiumi taotlemise tingimustele.

Teil pole võimalik tulemusstipendiumi taotleda, kuna õpite osakoormusel. Kui Teil on küsimusi tulemusstipendiumi taotlemise/määramise kohta, palun pöörduge oma valdkonna dekanaadi töötajate või üliõpilasnõustaja poole (noustaja@ut.ee).

Teie õppekohal pole võimalik erialastipendiumi Tartu Ülikoolis taotleda. Kui Teil on küsimusi erialastipendiumi taotlemise/määramise kohta, palun pöörduge oma valdkonna dekanaadi töötajate või üliõpilasnõustaja poole (noustaja@ut.ee).

Kui olete üliõpilane ning vastate stipendiumi taotlemise tingimustele, kuid teie profiili ei ole sisestatud pangakonto numbrit.

Avalduse esitamiseks peab Teil olema sisestatud pangakonto number. Palun sisestage see profiilis üldandmetesse.

Välisüliõpilastel ei ole Eesti pangakonto numbri sisestamine kohustuslik. Eesti pangakontot omaval välisüliõpilasel soovitame pangakonto numbri ÕISi sisestada.

Kui vastate stipendiumi taotlemise tingimustele, kuid viibite taotlemise perioodil akadeemilisel puhkusel.

Teil pole võimalik tulemusstipendiumi taotleda, kuna viibite akadeemilisel puhkusel. Kui Teil on küsimusi tulemusstipendiumi taotlemise/määramise kohta, palun pöörduge oma teaduskonna dekanaadi töötajate või üliõpilasnõustaja poole (noustaja@ut.ee).

Kui õpite pikendatud õppeajal.

Teil pole võimalik tulemusstipendiumi taotleda, kuna viibite pikendatud õppeajal. Kui Teil on küsimusi tulemusstipendiumi taotlemise/määramise kohta, palun pöörduge oma valdkonna dekanaadi töötajate või üliõpilasnõustaja poole (noustaja@ut.ee).

Teil pole võimalik erialastipendiumi taotleda, kuna viibite pikendatud õppeajal. Kui Teil on küsimusi erialastipendiumi taotlemise/määramise kohta, palun pöörduge oma valdkonna dekanaadi töötajate või üliõpilasnõustaja poole (noustaja@ut.ee).

Kui teie õppekava täitmine VÕTAta või koos VÕTAga arvestatud tulemustega on alla 100%. 

See, kas õppekava täitmise mahu hulka arvestatakse ka VÕTAga üle kantud tulemused, sõltub stipendiumi taotlemise tingimustest. Tutvuge tulemusstipendiumi ja erialastipendiumide taotlemise tingimustega õppijate kodulehel.

Teie õppekava täitmise protsent (VÕTAta) 96%. Teie õppetulemused ei võimalda tulemusstipendiumi taotleda. Põhjus võib olla üks järgnevatest:

• Moodulite valiku lehel võivad olla vajalikud valikud tegemata. Õppekava täitmise protsent arvutatakse valitud moodulite põhjal.
• Kui olete teinud täna moodulite valikutes muudatusi või kui mõni eksamitulemus on täna sisse kantud, siis õppekava täitmise protsent uueneb ÕIS-is järgmiseks päevaks. Proovige homme uuesti taotlust esitada.
• VÕTA-ga üle kantud ainepunktid tulemusstipendiumi taotlemisel õppekava täitmisena arvesse ei lähe.
• Vabaained lähevad õppekava täitmisel arvesse vaid vabaainete mooduli mahus. Üle mahu tehtud vabaained arvesse ei lähe.

Kui olete õppekava täies mahus täitnud, aga ei saa taotlust esitada, võib põhjus võib olla üks järgnevatest:

• Moodulite valiku lehel võivad vajalikud valikud tegemata. Õppekava täitmise protsent arvutatakse valitud moodulite põhjal.
• Kui olete teinud täna moodulite valikutes muudatusi või kui mõni eksamitulemus on täna sisse kantud, siis õppekava täitmise protsent uueneb ÕIS-is järgmiseks päevaks. Proovige homme uuesti taotlust esitada.
• Vabaained lähevad õppekava täitmisel arvesse vaid vabaainete mooduli mahus. Üle mahu tehtud vabaained arvesse ei lähe.

Tähelepanu!

Õppekava täitmise mahtu arvutatakse igal ööl. Kui õppekava täitmise protsent muutub (näiteks õppekava moodulite valikute muutmise tõttu), kajastub muutus Stipendiumide taotlemise lehel järgmisel päeval.

Kui olete esimese semestri üliõpilane.

Teil pole võimalik tulemusstipendiumi taotleda, kuna õpite esimest semestrit. Kui Teil on küsimusi tulemusstipendiumi taotlemise/määramise kohta, palun pöörduge oma valdkonna dekanaadi töötajate või üliõpilasnõustaja poole (noustaja@ut.ee).

Kui käesoleval semestril on tulemusstipendiumi või erialastipendiumi taotlus juba esitatud.

Sellel semestril on Teil avaldus esitatud 19/20 S (esitatud 2019-09-13 14:45).

If your study place does not qualify for the Achievement stipend or Specialisation stipend.

You cannot apply for the achievement stipend as you study in part-time studies. In case you have any questions on applying and granting of achievement stipends, please contact the dean's office of your faculty or a Student Adviser (noustaja@ut.ee).

Your study place gives no right to apply for the specialisation stipend at University of Tartu. In case you have any questions on applying and granting of fspecialisation stipends, please contact the dean's office of your faculty or a Student Adviser (noustaja@ut.ee).

If you are a student and you qualify for a stipend but have not entered a bank account number in your profile.

For application submission you need to have added your Estonian bank account. Please add the account number in profile general information.

International students are not required to enter an Estonian bank account number. International students with an Estonian bank account should enter the account number.

If you qualify for the stipend but are on academic leave during the application period.

You cannot apply for the achievement stipend as you are on academic leave. In case you have any questions on applying and granting of achievement stipends, please contact the dean's office of your faculty or a Student Adviser (noustaja@ut.ee).

You cannot apply for the specialisation stipend as you are on academic leave. In case you have any questions on applying and granting ofspecialisation stipends, please contact the dean's office of your faculty or a Student Adviser (noustaja@ut.ee).

If you have extended your study period.

You cannot apply for the achievement stipend as you have extended your study period.  In case you have any questions on applying and granting of achievement stipends, please contact the dean's office of your faculty or a Student Adviser (noustaja@ut.ee).

You cannot apply for the specialisation stipend as you have extended your study period.  In case you have any questions on applying and granting of specialisation stipends, please contact the dean's office of your faculty or a Student Adviser (noustaja@ut.ee).

If your curriculum filling without or with RPL is less than 100%.

Whether the study results transferred by RPL are included in the scope of the curriculum depends on the conditions for applying for the stipend. Check out the conditions for applying for Achievement stipend or Specialisation stipend.

You have completed curriculum (without RPL) 96%. Your study results (grades and credits) do not allow you to apply for the achievement stipend.

If you have fully completed your curriculum, but technically cannot submit the application in SIS, the reason can be one of the following:

• In case there are modules to be chosen in your curriculum, make sure you have registered your choice on the module choice page (in SIS). The percentage of the curriculum's completion is calculated based on the modules you have chosen.
• If you have made changes in your choice of the modules today, or an exam/test result has been inserted to SIS today, please try to submit the application tomorrow.
• The credit points transferred by RPL (recognition of prior learning) are not taken into account when calculating the completion percentage of the curriculum for achievement stipend.
• Optional courses will be taken into account only to the extent prescribed in the optional courses module.

Attention!

The volume of completion of the curriculum is calculated every night. If the percentage of completion of the curriculum changes (due, for example, to changes in curriculum module selections), the change will be reflected on the Stipend application page the following day.

If you are a first semester student.

You cannot apply for the achievement stipend as this is your first semester UT. In case you have any questions on applying and granting of achievement stipends, please contact the dean's office of your faculty or a Student Adviser (noustaja@ut.ee).

If you have already applied for a Achievement stipend or Specialisation stipend this semester.

The application for the running semester has been submitted 19/20 S (submitted at 9/13/19, 2:45 PM).
