Office 365 Education Plus on Office 365 leping, mis on tasuta saadaval selliste haridusasutuste õppuritele, kes on ostnud Office'i pedagoogide ja muu personali jaoks.
See leping võimaldab õppuritel installida Wordi, Exceli, PowerPointi, Outlooki, OneNote'i, Publisheri ja Accessi kuni viide PC- või Mac-arvutisse ning Office'i rakendused muudesse mobiilsideseadmetesse (sh Androidi, iPadi ja Windowsi tahvelarvutitesse).

Introduction
Office 365 Education is a collection of services that allows you to collaborate and share your schoolwork. It’s available for free to students who are currently attending the University of Tartu.
Office 365 Education includes Office Online (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote), 1TB of OneDrive storage, Yammer, and SharePoint sites. Some schools allow students to install the full Office applications on up to 5 PCs or Macs for free.

- Sisesta väljale oma Tartu Ülikooli kasutajatunnus (MITTE E-POST) ja lisa lõppu @ut.ee ning vajuta nupule "Alustagem".
- Järgmisel lehel vajuta nupule "Registreerimine".
- Peale edukat registreerimist või teadet, et konto on juba olemas, loe edasi juhiseid, kuidas paigaldada Office 2016.
Register your Office 365 account
- Go to https://products.office.com/et-ee/student/office-in-education
- Enter your University of Tartu username(NOT AN E-MAIL ADDRESS) and append @ut.ee. Click the green button.
- On the next page, click "Register" or "Registreerimine".
- After you have successfully registered or received a message that your account already exists, proceed with the instructions on how to install Office 2016.

- Sisestage oma Tartu Ülikooli kasutajatunnus (MITTE E-POST) kujul kasutajatunnus@ut.ee (nt mallem@ut.ee või a12345@ut.ee)
- Peale paroolilahtrile liikumist suunatakse Teid ümber Tartu Ülikooli keskkonda. Nüüd sisestage om kasutajakontoga seotud parool.
- Tarkvara allalaadimiseks vajutage avanenud lehekülje üleval osas olevat nuppu "Installi Office 2016".

How to install Office 2016?
- Go to https://portal.office.com/
- Enter your University of Tartu username (NOT E-MAIL) as username@ut.ee (ie mallem@ut.ee or a12345@ut.ee).
- After moving to the password field, you will be redirected to the University of Tartu page for Office 365. Enter your password.
- To download the software, click on the "Install Office 2016" button.

Kaua kehtib?
Pakkumist on võimalik kasutada seni, kuni kooli lõpetate, või kui töösuhe lõppeb. Tudengite lepingusobivust võidakse igal ajal uuesti kontrollida.
- Aegumisel hakkavad Office'i rakendused töötama vähendatud funktsionaalsusega režiimis, mis tähendab, et dokumente saab vaadata, kuid mitte redigeerida, ja uusi dokumente ei saa luua.
- Samuti ei tööta pärast aegumist kooli meiliaadressiga seostatud veebiteenused, näiteks Office Online ja OneDrive.
When will the offer expire?
You can use the plan until you graduate or are no longer enrolled at the University of Tartu. Your student eligibility may be re-verified at any time.
When your Office 365 Education plan expires:
- If you are using the full, installed Office applications, the Office applications will enter a reduced-functionality mode, which means that you can view documents, but you cannot edit or create new documents.
- Online services associated with the school email address—for example, Office Online and OneDrive—will no longer work.
