Tulenevalt haldusmenetluse seadusest on kohustus taotlejat teavitada, kui taotlust ei rahuldata. |
- Toetuse mittemääramise teavitused saadetakse õppetoetuse ja stipendiumi liikide korral, mida taotletakse ÕISis.
- Doktoranditoetuse korral teavitust ei saadeta, sest doktoranditoetust ei tule taotleta.
- Teavitus saadetakse õppijale, kes on taotlenud vaadeldaval semestril õppetoetust või stipendiumi taotlenud ja kellele ei ole vastavat õppetoetust või stipendiumi vaadeldaval semestril ühekski kuuks määratud.
- Iga õppeteotuse või stipendiumi liigi korral saadetakse eraldi teade. Nt kui õppija taotles tulemusstipendiumi ja erialastipendiumi ja talle ei määratud kumbagi, siis ta saab kaks teavitust.
- Teavitus saadetakse kehtiva õppekohaga õppijatele toetuse esimese väljamakse tähtajal – sügissemestril 25.10 ja kevadsemestril 25.03.
- Üliõpilasele saadetav teade on eestikeelne ja välisüliõpilasele saadetav teade ingliskeelne.
- Teade saadetakse kõigile õppija kontaktandmetes olevatele e-posti aadressidele ning tema elektronteadete postkasti. Teate edastamise e-post on noustaja@ut.ee.

Kui toetuse või stipendiumi määramine toimub pärast mittemääramise kirja saatmist, siis saite õppijana esmalt mittemääramise teavituse ja toetuse määramise korralduse registreerimisel määramise teate. |

According to the Administrative Procedure Act, the applicant must be notified if the application is not satisfied. |
- Notifications are sent about not granting study allowance or stipends which are applied for in the SIS.
- No notice will be sent for doctoral allowance because doctoral allowance will not be applied for.
- Notifications are sent to learners who have applied for a study allowance or stipend during the current semester and who were not granted a study allowance or stipend for none of the months of that semester.
- A separate notification is sent about each type of study allowance or stipend. E.g. if the learner applied for both an achievement stipend and a speciality stipend and s/he was granted neither, s/he will receive two notifications.
- The notification to learners with an active study place is sent on the date of the first payment of the allowance – in the autumn semester on 25 October and in the spring semester on 25 March.
- The notification is sent to students in Estonian, to international students in English.
- The notification is sent to all the e-mail addresses in the learner’s contact data and to his/her mailbox of electronic messages. Notifications are sent from noustaja@ut.ee.

If the allowance or stipend is granted after the notification about not granting it was sent, the learner first gets a notification about not granting it, and when the order about granting the allowance is registered, the notification about granting it. |
