Thunderbird ipv6 keelamine

Thunderbird veateade:
Server outlook.office365.com katkestas ühenduse. Tõenäoliselt esineb serveris või võrguühenduses probleeme. 

Thunderbird IMAP responded: User is authenticated but not connected

Probleem on selles, et ipv6 võrguühendusega arvutis Thunderbird postkast ei saa enam O365 kirjakastile ligi (IMAP). Vt Thunderbird IMAP responded: User is authenticated but not connected.  Lahenduseks on ära keelata IPV6 kasutamine Thunderbirdi juures või siis kogu arvutis (nt GlobalProtect VPN kasutades).

Thunderbird client cannot connect to the outlook.office365.com IMAP.  Thunderbird IMAP responded: User is authenticated but not connected.  
Solution is to disable IPv6 from Thunderbird or computer (If You are connected through VPN - Globalprotect VPN then its uses only IPv4 and Thunderbird can get O365 mail).

1. Thunderbird: Tööriistad → Sätted

   
   
   

2. Kirjuta otsinguaknasse: redaktor
   
   
   
   
3. Kirjuta otsinguaknasse: network.dns.disableIPv6 (või IPv6, aga siis tuleb valik)
   Vajuta muutmise nuppu (punasega märgitud pildil).
   
   
   
   

4. Selline tulemus peab jääma. Sule sakid ja jätka kirjade lugemist.

2. Write to search: config editor
   
   
   
   

3. Write to search: network.dns.disableIPv6

   click on the toggle arrow on the right (red on picture).
   
   

   
   
   
4. Now this should it be. Close settings and look mail.
